Sanele Kweyama

BIO-BBBEE Specialist

Sanele draws on his broad scope of expertise to help deliver substantial impact to his clients’ BEE scorecard in an ethical and sustainable manner. His specialty in social responsibility, transformation, and economic empowerment insight, has enabled Sanele to enjoy tremendous success in developing transformation strategies. With more than ten years’ experience in B-BBEE, Sanele is no stranger to leveraging best practice to design, develop, and facilitate effective implementation of such strategies and initiatives.

An avid academic, Sanele holds an MDP [Degree in Transformation] from Wits and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration with GIBS. Sanele further holds another four tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Management, Management Services, and an Honours Degree in Business Management, which have enabled him to build a strong theoretical foundation for his success while sharpening his analytical skills. He has also been awarded the Top Achievers award by the University of Johannesburg in 2010.

Sanele’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development underscores his dedication to delivering innovative and impactful solutions to his clients. With a blend of academic excellence and practical experience, Sanele is uniquely positioned to drive meaningful transformation and economic empowerment for businesses across industries.
